We assessed Therapeutic Response HTG-UK on 24 to 25 November 2025.

We assessed 1 assessment service group at this location: Patient transport services where we assessed 33 quality statements. We assessed patient transport services only.

The location, Therapeutic Response HTG-UK, was run by Safe Care Transport Ltd. The location was added to the providers registration with Care Quality Commission (CQC) to deliver the regulated activities: Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely. Therapeutic Response HTG-UK was added as a location in August 2025. The service had a registered manager at the time of the assessment.

We visited the following areas as part of the assessment: The service’s base and vehicles. We observed care and gathered the views of staff, leaders, experts-by-experience, health care professionals and commissioners.

The assessment was carried out from 24 to 25 November 2025.

We carried out this assessment in line with our routine assessment priorities. We assessed 33 quality statements for the 5 key questions: safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

This is the first assessment of the location, which was registered on 14 August 2025. At this assessment we rated the service as good.

The service mainly provided involuntary transport of people with mental health conditions. Staff treated people with kindness, compassion and dignity. People were treated as individuals and staff supported people to make decisions about their care. The service had systems and processes to deliver good care and keep people safe. Staff were skilled and understood their responsibilities to care for people who were in distress. Staff felt able to speak-up and raise concerns. The service had systems and processes to identify risks to people. Leaders and staff had a clear purpose of delivering care that was the least restrictive.
