We assessed ERS Medical North East on 14 and 15 August 2025.

We assessed 1 assessment service group at two locations.

ERS Medical North East was registered with CQC in October 2017 to deliver the regulated activities: Transport services, triage and medical advice provided remotely, and Treatment of disease, disorder or injury. The service had a Registered Manager and a Nominated Individual.

At this assessment we assessed 1 assessment service group: Patient transport services where we assessed 32 quality statements.

We visited the following areas as part of the assessment: ambulance stations, medicines stores, associated offices and ambulances.

At this assessment we did not identify breaches of regulations.

We rated the location as Good.
