Date of assessment 31 October 2025. Future Care Services 2010 Limited is a domiciliary care service providing support to 1 person living in their own home. We have undertaken a comprehensive assessment which means we have reviewed 33 quality statements. This service has not previously been rated. Following this assessment we have rated this service as good.
The care plan was well written and had recently been reviewed. It included information about how to support the person and included their views about the support they wanted. The care plan was detailed and easy for staff to follow.
Risks were well managed and the plans included step by step guidance for staff to follow to ensure the person’s safety during support. The risks highlighted the physical assistance the person needed, and the care required by staff to ensure the safety of the person and themselves. The person was at the centre of their care, they had capacity to make their own decisions, and these were recorded. The person was supported with health appointments and where required staff facilitated health services to visit the person in their own home to ensure they could access the services they needed.
Staff were well established and had worked for the provider for many years so knew the person well. The provider recruited staff safely that was in accordance with all current legislative requirements. Staff we spoke with understood the person’s needs and spoke warmly of their working relationship with them.
The provider had policies and procedures in place which were in line with legislative requirements. This meant staff possessed up to date information which kept the person safe and gave staff guidance on how to do their jobs.
