Our view of the service

We carried out an unannounced inspection of Outpatient services at St Luke’s hospital on 23 and 24 September 2025. St Luke’s Hospital is part of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. St Luke’s Hospital provides a range of services including outpatient’s and medical care. This assessment looked at outpatient services as part of routine inspection work in preparation for a trust level well led inspection. We rated outpatient services as good. The rating of outpatients has been combined with the ratings of other services from the last inspections. See our previous reports to get a full picture of all the other services at St Luke’s Hospital. The rating of St Luke’s Hospital remains good.

At this inspection we identified two breaches of regulations of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 in relation to Premises and Equipment and Good Governance.
